Town Of Wilmington: Courts: Wilmington Town Court [Digital Towpath]

The Court is in regular session every Thursday (except for holidays) beginning at 5:00pm. Each Justice presides on alternate weeks. Criminal proceedings requiring the presence of the Essex County District Attorney are heard during sessions held on the second Thursday of each month. Petitions for civil actions can be brought during any regular session.
