SUPERVISORS REPORT FOR WEEK ENDING 6/21/2024
Hope all went well during the short but intense burst of heat.

WHISKEY RUN AND FESTIVAL—FOLLOW UP
The Wilmington Historical Society had a perfect day to host a 10k/5k race and the festival that followed.
Seemed to be very well attended.

Several vendors were disappointed by the spotty Verizon service that made processing sales difficult.
While we are often at the mercy of the utility providers, the town will investigate a wireless bridge Wi-Fi
connection for the field. Keene uses one at Marcy Field. It sometimes happens that even backup
systems won’t work when asked, but more consistent Wi-Fi access will be a plus.
