SUPERVISORS REPORT FOR WEEK ENDING DECEMBER 3rd 2021  Tick-Tock, this year is almost over. Hard to believe. This is the time of the season when I start to reflect on where the time went, what we accomplished and what plans are for the future. On the town level, it is no different.  The most immediate event is our Community Christmas Celebration next Friday December 10th. From a Santa Parade to Fireworks at Preston Field, this is one of the great things about living in a small town like Wilmington. Look to the town Facebook page for more information,  On Saturday December [...]

SUPERVISORS REPORT FOR WEEK ENDING 10/22/2021  Hello Wilmington! In this week's report I want to give a reminder that the heating assistance program for Essex County has opened. That means that the county is now accepting applications to help people with fuel bills. Depending on your age and financial ability, either Office for the Aging or Social Services remains ready to assist you. Should you need future assistance, feel free to contact the Supervisors Office. With Fuel Bills expected to rise in the months ahead, this could be welcomed relief for many.  At the October monthly meeting of the Town Board, [...]
