NOTICE OF MEETINGS  Please be advised that the YEAREND meeting of the Wilmington Town Board will be held at the Town Community Center on Thursday December 29th at 4 pm  The purpose of the yearend meeting is to sign end of the year bill vouchers and make budget transfers.  Also, be advised that the 2023 ORGANIZATIONAL & JANUARY Monthly meeting will be held on Tuesday January 10th at 7pm at the Community Center

SUPERVISORS REPORT FOR WEEK and Year ENDING 12-30-2022 Greetings my friends. I sincerely hope everyone had a great Christmas. My own home was filled with the sounds of our granddaughter Maeve celebrating her first Christmas. It was awesome. The Holidays went by way too fast. Not since our daughter left for college have Becky and I felt that “empty nest” feeling in our big old farm house after everyone departed. {{lol}} As I reflect back at this past year I am filled with appreciation and anticipation of all things Wilmington. From our Town staff and the volunteers that assisted with this annual event, THANK YOU! The Santa Gift Parade and Fireworks were indeed “Spectacular” As part of our Holiday and Bicentennial celebrations, we would like to offer a FREE keepsake ornament to members of our community. SUPERVISORS REPORT FOR WEEK ENDING 12/9/2022 Hello everyone! It is an exciting week in Wilmington as we prepare for the 15 th Annual Christmas Celebration this Friday December 9 th . Our Santa Gift Parade kicks off at 4:30 pm. There is a parade route listed on our Facebook page. At 7:15 pm, the Fireworks will kick off with a little extra pop to celebrate Wilmington’s Bicentennial. Preston Festival field on Springfield Road will be a great location for Fireworks viewing. Our Christmas Committee has been very busy compiling the delivery list for the Santa Gift parade for next Friday December 9 th .
